Details
The Elan Impression 384 offers a host of features that will be greatly valued by bluewater cruising sailors, friends and couples. This yacht is very distinctive in design, style and comfort. The three spacious double cabins, saloon and galley as well as the head and shower are absolutely first-class, with stunning accommodations and plenty of storage throughout. The semi-deck saloon offers supreme comfort with flowing space, a welcoming ambience, panoramic windows and its light-wood interior. The comfortable cockpit leads down to a large swimming platform aft giving easy access to and from the dinghy or water. Exceptional seaworthiness in her class, a well thought-out design and layout of deck and hardware all contribute to easy handling without compromising boat performance. Her design pedigree is the best testament for serious, fast bluewater cruising. The yacht was delivered with CE certification. She was certified by Germanischer Lloyd A category (for unlimited Ocean Voyages). Here is an opportunity to purchase what is in effect a yacht that is in almost as new condition, at a fraction of the price of a new build.

Accommodation
Entering down the companionway on centerline just forward of the large cockpit, you find the forward facing nav station to starboard just forward of the head/shower cabin, and the well equipped galley to port. Forward from here and slightly to port she has a bookleaf dining table to accompany the ample saloon seating outbound to port. To starboard is a second seating area that could double as a single berth if the need arises. With the blinds open, both above and to the side of the saloon/galley area, you have natural lighting streaming in and as an added bonus, the ability to see the set of the sail or stars from below decks. With the blinds closed, things become much more intimate and cosy. Storage lockers behind the seating forward and also under sections of the seating. Forward through into the pullman style double berth, that would normally be used as the owners cabin, you have a large double to port and ample storage under. This cabin has another large deck hatch over that will provide air and lighting in spades. The overall feel throughout the yacht has been well planned, with generous use of timber trim and white surfaces to keep the open and light touch. Walking back through the saloon you have the generous twin port and starboard doubles aft. The upholstery throughout is in very good condition as is the timberwork.
