Here you have the best of both worlds. All the hard construction has been done and only the final fitout needs completing to a new owners specifications and latest trends, colours and electronics. Seller has priced accordingly and once complete, the expected value is well over $1,000,000Aud. There is plenty of room here for a buyer with the knowledge and ability to finalise this project, and to capitalise on their investment. Vessel was constructed in 2015/16 to a high standard, but only completed to lockup stage, at which point build stalled due to mitigating circumstances. She has been on the blocks and a under shade cover structure since then, waiting on completion, but owner has decided she must be sold as is. Construction was undertaken by designer and builder Peter Winn. She has been built with round bilged hulls containing single chines above the waterline, 5mm sheet alloy up to these chines and then 3mm above and for the deck, over 150mm T head section frames set at approx 700mm centres. There is a detailed description available on request.
With her strength of build, and going on our past experience selling large alloy catamarans, we would envisage this vessel being secured by someone with a passion to explore our vast northern coastline and the knowledge to complete the current owners dream of having the ability to go remote for long lengths of time. She has the waterline length to take on ocean passages and the fuel tanks to complement these.
There is still some work to do for sure, but this work will result in the new owner having one of the nicest looking Power Catamarans around.
Broome, Darwin, PNG, or south to Tassie and NZ, it will all be possible. She is located on private property and purchaser can continue current owners lease agreement with property owner until completion or move her to a nearby hardstand marina base where trades are available and many vessels have been built.

We are delighted to assist the seller in finding a new owner to finalise his dream build. On file we have a many current photos (taken 08-19) that will show her quality of build and stage she is up to. I have personally been aboard and taken these shots and had a good look through the vessel where she sits today. Also available on request are some important build documents to allow purchaser to save time getting things back up running with the fitout. This is the perfect opportunity to speed things up and finalise the build prior to next years cruising season. She is being sold "As Is Where Is" but advice on her movement is available and at hand.
For inspections please contact Rob Devers on 0407112265, Email rob@yachtdomain as I will be delighted to assist.
