AU $87,500 Negotiable
If you are looking for a vessel that covers most bases, be they offshore fishing or cruising with family or friends on the bay or up our wonderful coastline, this may be the one for you. Current and first owner from build till now, advises she suited their needs during their stewardship and it is reluctantly that they offer her for sale. Having a large rear cockpit with walk through transom out onto the substantial duckboard., good sized fly-bridge, and comfy interior, give her a feel of a substantially larger vessel. Twin engines add to her safety appeal and she comes with a 6kva Genset so you can have all electrical toys like coffee makers aboard when you are at anchor. This vessel has been owned by the builder since she came out of the moulds as hull number two.
Inspections are invited and welcome.

Stepping through the ample aft companionway door into the saloon you find the internal helm forward and to port in front of the leather settee that can be converted to another double berth if the need arises. Opposite here is another settee and room for a fold down table that can be used internally or out in the large aft cockpit. Current owners preferred not to have a fixed table in the saloon so they have always had internal and external options, but limited the space that tables usually take up. Not to say a nice sized permanent table couldn't be fitted here if that was desired. Great visibility all round from the helm and saloon area of the vessel. The galley is down and to starboard as well as another berth slightly forward and to port of this area. The forward cabin is set up to sleep four in either two singles port and starboard and a double or two singles under in the Vee configuration, by the use of an infill. Timber trim in here and two opening ports and large deck hatch allow for cross ventilation. Other deck hatches and opening ports amidships also assist wit air movement and lighting. Ports have internal storm/blackout covers on them. Back out into the aft cockpit you have the flybridge access to starboard and up here is comfortable seating for guests while underway. There are simple engine controls up here and it will be the place to be on a sunny day while underway. Back inside the saloon and cabins, the upholstery is in good condition and internal fitout has been done to a professional standard not seen in a lot of modern production boats. All upholstery and leather present in good condition. Rod holders are fitted to internal saloon ceiling and well located grab rails through the centre on this section of the vessel.

For a power boat that has a serious local connection to the Moreten Bay area and that has come on the market for the first time since delivery in 1987, she hits the mark. Engines have been maintained well and present nicely. Internals are clean and tidy and clears on the fly have been replaced reasonably recently. With her big flared bows, she will eat up the chop easily and should be a reasonably dry boat under way. Now priced well in today's market and she would also make a lovely liveaboard if offshore fishing wasn't your thing. Twin engines give you the safety factor and twin helms give the ability to stay nice and warm and dry when the weather turns.
