Having just purchased his yacht, the seller is now putting her back on the market due to unexpected health related issues. For that reason he is not able to take her south as planned, after getting her inspected and purchased. A newly fitted (04-2021) two burner gas cooktop and oven/grill adds to her appeal. QLD Gas compliance has been done recently( 03-2021). Also, there has been a full engine service completed to ready her for his now cancelled trip. The yacht is one of Australia's most popular smaller cruising yachts. She has moderate draft and freeboard, a well proportioned cabin layout and flat side decks allowing headsails to be sheeted to full advantage. The foredeck is uncluttered, and the generous self-drained cockpit is comfortable both underway and at anchor. She is the perfect blend of performance and comfort all wrapped in a well designed package.
