Details
Back in the day, sailors wanted high performance sloops or cutters with attractive interiors that could sail well in a variety of conditions. And that's what C&C Yachts capitalised on with their design team. C&C boats were designed, by the company's respected in-house C&C Design Group, with an emphasis on performance and strength.
They are easy to control off the wind, quick on acceleration in fluky conditions, and having a well-balanced helm make sailing a pleasure.
The 36 is a family cruiser too and was especially beamy for her day. The designers put in a double quarter berth, a nav station, a U-shaped galley, a U-shaped dinette, a settee, forward V-berth and a separate head compartment into a fast coastal cruiser designed for the way most of us use our boats.

Remarks
As an entry level coastal cruiser or just a fun boat for bumping around the course on a Saturday, this mid sized fast cruiser might just do the trick. Current owner has decided to focus on other activities and has priced his yacht to sell in the short term. There are a few things needing attention but all in all she fits nicely in the price for size range.
