Details
This is one of the best mid-sized designs from the largest yacht builder in the world. The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 35 offers practical family accommodations in two double cabins, with one bathroom. A sleek exterior belies the well laid-out accommodation below. She is a thoroughbred from stem to stern: sleek lines, uncluttered cockpit, walkthrough aft cockpit transom, easy movement about deck. Below decks, teak woodwork and plush upholstery give the accommodation area a welcoming feel. The sleek hull lines and sharp-built forefoot spell out speed, while the light displacement and well-designed open transom extension are proof that aboard the Sun Odyssey 35, sailing and comfort go hand in hand. Outstanding sailing performance, exceptional interior layout and superb build quality are just a few of the features that set them apart.
The rig has been done by one of the best in the business and she is ready to go and should survey well. In date (at time of listing) liferaft and AIS will allow her new owners to venture out with peace of mind.

Accommodation
Jeanneau are known for their well laid out interior yacht designs and the Sun Odyssey 35 won't disappoint both serious sailors and the more casual yachties looking forward to relaxing on the water. Entering below decks through the companionway, you have the galley to starboard and access into the large rear double cabin aft of here. The rear cabin features a full sized king berth along with a good sized hanging locker. Back out and to port of the companionway are the head/shower/vanity in a dedicated cabin. To the rear of this cabin through an opening panel you find a rather large storage locker that can be used for all manner of things. Moving forward from here you pass a large hanging locker and on to the side facing navigation station. This has the usual Jeanneau sliding function to allow for more room on the port lounge when not being used by the navigator. The saloon has more than enough room for guests and features a L shaped lounge to starboard and a straight lounge to port. Access forward is to port of the compression post but a neat design feature allows the saloon table to slide across to pick up the port seating. Storage behind and below the seating and deck hatches provide plenty of natural lighting. The deck hatches and ports (both fixed and opening) have either curtains or pull out blinds for privacy in the marina. The TV/DVD is located on the forward bulkhead. Both lounges double as extra berths if the need arises. Stepping forward again you enter the Owners double Vee berth. Here, the mattress has been replaced with a quality inner-spring. There is a hanging locker to starboard along with a locker and small desk to port. Coach work throughout the yacht is in good condition as are the cabin soles and bilges.
