This Crowther 42m Mk2 was professionally built and is being offered for sale for the first time by the owners, who had her built, due to passing of time and the need to focus on other important things in life. As you will see from the images, she was very well built for her day and with a new owners input, should make a great cruising platform for the years to come. Having a solid hardtop over the cockpit is now a standard for most production catamarans so the design feature was well ahead of other cats at the time. Most working lines come back to the electric winch in the cockpit so she can be easily single-handed if the need arises. New saloon upholstery has been fitted and the old solid side windows have been replaced by opening units to allow a much improved air flow throughout the yacht. This is a proven centreboard design and she will sail well with her bulb bows under the waterline. There will be some updates needed but on the whole she presents well. The layout is three double cabins with two heads.
Inspections recommended as we feel she wont last on the market long.
