Details
Dreamweaver III is an example of an expertly renewed Hudson Sea Wolf 44. Built in 1977 in Taiwan when Teak was Teak, and designed by the much esteemed naval architect William Garden. She boasts a safe centre cockpit, ketch rig and full displacement keel. This layout stands her well up in the list of serious offshore cruising boats of her time. The owners have skilfully restored and enhanced her, infusing newfound strength while rejuvenating and modernising her for life in the 21st century. Having the classic lines that turn heads in marinas around the planet, and being in what we would call Bristol condition, we here at Yachtdomain feel she will command serious interest from sailors looking for their next yacht (or for that matter, their first yacht) to head out for some Intrepid adventures. Please take your time to read through her many upgrades listed below. It has been a pleasure stepping aboard this vessel during the listing process and we look forward to the opportunity to show her to prospective new owners.

Accommodation
Stepping out of the centre cockpit through the twin opening teak doors and teak sliding hatch, down the internal companionway treads, you immediately notice that this yacht has seen some serious care and attention. Its also very noticeable when you further drill down into all lockers and under the cabin soles. There has basically been no stone left unturned when it came time to bite the bullet and embark on what has been a years long project for the owners. Bright work both topsides and below decks is second to none for a vessel of this age and this carries through to electrical and mechanical components as the images attest to.
Initially once below deck, you have the advantage of a deck saloon style view forward and to port and starboard. Directly to port you find a set of draws and access through to the owners stateroom via the owners ensuite. Forward of here is the L shaped saloon seating around a large teak saloon table. Lockers behind and below allow for storage. There is a portable seat tucked under the table for when extra guests arrive. This doubles as more storage if needed. Opposite here you have the top opening refrigeration units located outbound on the starboard side. With the refrigeration tops closed the high gloss teak tops form a long bench the can be utilised for all manner of things. Just forward of here is the aft facing nav station featuring the usual lift up nav desk to allow important navigation tools to be stored near at hand. Access to the 12v switch panel is here as well and we have seen inside this and can confirm that much thought and detail has been put into the wiring and set up.
Amidships and stepping down forward, you enter the king single berth where the berth is to starboard and access to the dedicated head/vanity/shower cabin is to port. The berth has a handy feature in that it can be pulled out to form a double with the addition of another insert. Again, storage here aplenty and guests wont be disappointed. The ensuite is to port and features the electric head, vanity and forward again is the dedicated shower cubical. Back out and forward again you find a large storage locker (with shelves) to port before entering the forward Vee berth. This can double as a single or double berth with the use of an infill. Plenty of lockers above behind feature teak locker doors along with storage below. Forward is access into the chain locker that presents like new. In fact all the bilges and internal lockers are very clean and tidy.
Heading back through the saloon there is port and starboard access through to the owners aft stateroom. Starboard side through the galley or port side through the ensuite. Full headroom through these cabins. The galley is outbound and has a plenty of room for preparing the crews meals or fixing the next 5.00 O'clock nibbles for guests. Heading aft again you then enter the owners stateroom featuring the large king double berth. Storage both port and starboard beside the bed as well as below. Bed head is at rear and follows the fore and aft layout on centerline. Optimising the best place to rest at sea. There is room enough to switch around you positions depending on sailing tack and conditions at the time.
Access to the step in engine room is located in the galley and this sits under the cockpit sole.
Aft master cabin: King-size bunk with wide foot of the bed access.
Mid cabin: King single bunk, expandable to a double with the pull-out and mattress insert.

Remarks
Not often do we come across a yacht that has seen so much love and attention put into her. Not to mention the many dollars spent getting her into what is effectively, better than new condition. This was accomplished by current owners, who were planning to sail the worlds oceans with family and friends, all while travelling aboard a yacht that could take them in complete comfort and safety. As an added bonus, her beauty and lines have always commanded very positive feedback from all who have set eyes upon her.
Unfortunately as sometimes happens, plans have changed for them reasonably quickly, so they are stepping back to focus on new land based adventures for now. They have poured their heart and sole into Dreamweaver 111 over the many years we here at Yachtdomain have watched them, almost from the day they purchased through to current times. We have seen no corners cut and in fact during the refit, many important things have been beefed up stronger than her original design brief.
Owners report that there are still some things in the To Do list and they are more than willing to point these out going forward.
If you have been waiting on that special yacht to come along, don't delay in contacting us for further information or to arrange an inspection. We have a fairly extensive file of images showing all manner of details aboard.

Please contact listing broker Rob Devers, Mob: 0407112265 or Email: rob@yachtdomain.com as I will be delighted to assist.
